Sidewall Belt

Sidewall height of 40mm-630mm, cleat height of 35-500mm, basebelt width of 500mm-2400mm. 

The product can transport all kinds of bulk materials along the horizontal, inclined, vertical and variable angle direction, from coal, ore, sand, fertilizer and grain, etc. 

The bonding of the sidewall, cleat and basebelt adopts the secondary low temperature vulcanization, and the rubber grade is divided into: ordinary wear resistance grade, medium oil resistance grade, heat resistance 150 degree grade, heat resistance 180 degree grade and flame retardant grade.

Cleat:Adopt professional rubber mold to ensure that the size and shape of products meet the requirements of mechanical properties.

Standard glue is used.
The raw material of the transverse partition adopts the tire built-in reinforced cord fiber, which can effectively improve the rigid supporting material and ensure the conveying efficiency compared with the ordinary fiber.

Sidewall:The skirt has built-in reinforcing cloth layer. 

According to the mechanical analysis on site, high-strength nylon polyester cloth is used, and the width is different according to different specifications. 

The position of high-strength nylon cloth layer conforms to the mechanical analysis, so as to ensure the actual service life.
