High-temperature-resistant conveyor belt

Interlayer bonding strength:

① The average value of longitudinal samples with adhesive strength between cloth layers shall not be less than 4.50 N/mm;

② The minimum peak of all samples between layers shall not be less than 3.5 N/mm;

③ The average bonding strength of the longitudinal sample between the adhesive and the cloth layer shall not be less than 3.5 N/mm;

④ The average bonding strength of the longitudinal sample between the lower adhesive surface and the cloth layer shall not be less than 3.2 N/mm

Unique adhesive formula: for the unique bonding system of the high temperature resistant conveyor belt, ensure the bonding strength of the cloth layer and the cloth layer and the adhesive surface and the cloth layer in the high temperature environment, and the special additives effectively overbuffer the heat transfer to ensure the service life of the conveyor belt.
